For any extenuating circumstances, please submit your request via email. Such requests will be considered at the discretion of Aumonde’s management on a case-by-case basis.

It is mandatory that all cancellation requests be made in writing and directed to [email protected]. Requests for cancellations submitted through online chat or phone will not be processed.

Full Refund

Should you choose to cancel your charter 14 days or more prior to the scheduled booking date, a full refund will be issued, subject to the deduction of any applicable transaction fees and a cancellation processing fee of $50.

50% Refund

If you cancel your booking less than 14 days but more than 5 days prior to the charter date, a refund of 50% will be issued, subject to the deduction of any applicable transaction fees and a cancellation processing fee of $50.

No Refund

Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to the scheduled charter booking date will not be eligible for any refund.

Weather Cancellation

In the event that the charter is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, a full refund or a credit note will be issued at Aumonde’s discretion. Please note that this credit note must be utilised within six months from the date of the original charter cancellation.
